Return Shipping Instructions

Return the merchandise to us within 14 days of your original receipt of the order.
– Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
You MUST call Customer Service at (516) 997-4859 Monday-Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM to obtain an RMA number.
The products must be returned in new, resalable condition:
- Include all original packaging materials.
- All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
- Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside package.

We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number.
You must pay any return shipping expense.
Returns that do not meet all of the above stated conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 14 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.

Limited Return Policy

Batteries, transformers, and wire cannot be returned. Furthermore, clearance items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged for another product unless found immediately defective. If the product is defective upon receipt the customer may elect to receive store credit from Scorpion Security Systems, Inc. or a full refund.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. Any shipping charges accrued from the Scorpion Security Systems, Inc. are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.
